Over the past week, I’ve been completely back on track. Filling my meals with healthy choices and eating bowls full of veggies.
You know that I love to cook, so I’ve been making things that have been incredibly satisfying… but at the end of the night, before I go to bed… sometimes I crave something sweet.
And, for the past few nights, I’ve made this tasty 116 calorie treat. Yes, it’s only ONE HUNDRED SIXTEEN calories, and incredibly delicious!!!
My friends over at Arctic Zero sent me a package of their tasty frozen dessert a few weeks back and I’ve been playing with the flavors to create fun sundaes, milkshakes, and whatnot… and then I stopped this concoction online. I couldn’t help but make it.
Since then, the only problem I’ve had is keeping enough Arctic Zero on hand to make these! Creamy, salty, and sweet… it’s the perfect dessert-snack! Try it!
