You won’t be surprised to hear that I LOVE anything with peanut butter. I grew up eating it (quite often as the only thing I would eat #truth).
Having discovered powdered peanut butter over the years, I’ve been thrilled to still enjoy the flavor of peanut butter without all the calories. In recipes like this one, I can barely tell I’m sacrificing ANYTHING, which makes it even better!
Every afternoon, I enjoy a shake… and this one, guys, is an INCREDIBLE swap for your favorite peanut butter ice cream shake, with zero guilt!
It’s just a few ingredients, rich and creamy. I’ll add that if you’re not on the Jenny Craig program, you can substitute the Jenny Craig shake with another brand of pre-made vanilla protein shakes. I have a few friends that do this…
Peanut Butter Banana Shake
Serves 1
INGREDIENTS
1 Jenny Craig Vanilla Cream Shake
1 cup ice cubes
2-3 Tbsp. peanut butter powder (I use PB2)
1/2 frozen banana
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Combine your shake, ice, peanut butter powder and banana in a blender and blend until smooth, about 1 minute.
2. Pour it into a pretty cup with a straw and enjoy!
