As I’ve mentioned before, I’ve spent my entire lifetime dieting. I’ve been on just about every diet. From the Cabbage Soup Diet that my friend Mary and I were SURE was going to change our lives to my many rounds on Weight Watchers to my most recent journey on Jenny Craig.
I love to cook healthy meals, and I often reach back into my dieting past to add to my food plans. A few weeks back, I made a dish that I haven’t made in years.
Have you ever made this meal? I feel like it was one that people talked about over and over again in the meetings I went to. And, in Tennessee, they always had it typed up on strips of paper that you could take home. Oh, how losing weight has changed with technology…
This dish is saucy, tasty, and produces incredibly tender chicken in just minutes.
