Being a heavy snacker, I’m always looking for new dips that I can try that give my veggies a little extra kick.
The recipe I’m sharing today is SUPER easy to make and has just three ingredients. I tried it for the first time when Kimberly brought it to our Team Bev tutu making party with a beautiful plate of veggies, and I’ve made it a few times since!
Kim’s grandmother is the inventor of this recipe, and Kim swears by it as a way to get her kids to reach for veggies instead of chips. I’m happy to confirm, it works on adults too!
The combination of ingredients may sound a little strange, but it all comes together in the most fabulous way… and it’s a nice variation to my lightened up Ranch dip or even my Roasted Red Pepper dip I love so much. This one is in my standard rotation now… so good! Thanks for the introduction, Kimberly!
