Spiralize your broccoli stem to create broccoli noodles. You'll need about 1 to 1.5 cups of broccoli noodles.
Prepare a skillet with cooking spray. On low heat, add your broccoli noodles, broccoli, and onion. Salt lightly, and stir. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add 2 Tbsp. water to the pan and cover. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until the water evaporates. This allows the veggies to steam.
Remove the veggies from the heat into a small bowl
Add the Jenny Craig Skillet meal to the pan and cover. Cook for 3 minutes.
Remove the cover and stir the dish. Cook an additional 3 minutes.
Add the vegetables back to the skillet and stir to combine. Sprinkle with a few red pepper flakes, if desired.
