I feel a little bad calling this a recipe. It’s more of a cooking technique, and it literally has two ingredients.
Did you know that you could roast frozen vegetables? Until I read about it over at Budget Bytes recently, I’d never even considered it! And, y’all… it’s genius!
I purchased a package of the new Bird’s Eye SteamFresh Buffalo Cauliflower. Proud of my find, I posted it on Instagram… and the responses came in that this cauliflower was soggy. Such a bummer!
Knowing that soggy cauliflower (even if soggy buffalo cauliflower) didn’t sound appealing, I pushed the bag to the back of the freezer until I read about this technique.
Roasting veggies tends to dehydrate them a bit, and I was thrilled to try this idea using my new grocery store find… Incredible!
