I can’t even believe how good this marinade was. I really think the secret is in the Worcestershire sauce… whatever is in that stuff, it’s amazing. All my favorite marinades seem to have it…
Asian Marinated Pork Chops
Adapted from Celeste’s Cooking Creations
Serves 4
INGREDIENTS
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. ground ginger
2 Tbsp. white vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 Tbsp. reduced sodium Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. sesame oil
1 tsp. Truvia
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
4 lean pork chops (4 oz. each)
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix all marinade ingredients in a small bowl. Whisk until combined.
2. Place pork and marinade in a ziploc bag and marinate for at least 5 hours. Note: Marinating overnight would be my recommendation! Also, I only made one chop, but I wish I had more!!
3. Grill pork until done, and serve with Asian vegetables. Note: I chose Grilled Baby Bok Choy! It was amazing!
